  1. Obtain machinery, furniture and equipment needed at the office

  2. Matters concerning finding and employing office staff.

  3. Looking after staff register.

  4. Maintain a log at office.

  5. Accept letters and other items brought to the office.

  6. Deliver items that need to be sent from the office.

  7. To prepare the book in which reference numbers of letters are noted down.

  8. Matters concerning leave and sick leave.

  9. To prepare staff notices.

  10. Matters concerning training of staff.

  11. Monitoring of staff leaving office during official hours.

  12. To carry out programmes necessary to instill social harmony and increase corporation among the staff.

  13. To send and maintain general circulars issued by the office

  14. To look after the filing system of the office.

  15. To answer letters concerning administration of the office.

  16. To fill in forms of the people applying for employment.

  17. To look after the office library.

  18. To maintain an inventory of the office.

  19. To take care of the stock of the office.
